Mr. Heimöller provides many years of management experience in the industrial SME sector. He is not a member of any statutory supervisory boards or other similar supervisory bodies, in Germany or internationally.

From 1997 to early 2003, Mr Große-Allermann was the chief financial officer of Condomi AG, Cologne, Germany. Since 2003, he has been the executive officer of Fiducia Treuhand AG, Bonn, Germany. He has also served as the managing director of Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV, Bonn, Germany, since 2008.
