  Our holding company is deliberately very lean. This means short distances. This allows us to act quickly and unbureaucratically.

  We have been dealing with the topic of succession in SMEs for more than 30 years. From numerous discussions, we therefore know the hopes and expectations, but also the fears and hardships of entrepreneurs. We take these seriously and deal with them openly.
