Starting out in entrepreneurship together with GESCO
As a long-term investor, GESCO acquires successful companies in the Production Process Technology, Resource Technology, Healthcare and Infrastructure Technology and Mobility Technology segments. The acquisition usually takes place in connection with a succession solution. Sellers are entrepreneurs who wish to retire or only want to operate for a few more years. As part of these succession solutions, we are always looking for managers who think entrepreneurially and take on responsibility.
This also means that, after a phase of getting to know each other, the new managing director can take a stake in the company he or she is managing. In this way, we ensure that we have a common goal: the sustainable successful development of the company.

As a managing director of one of our subsidiaries, you act completely independently under the umbrella of GESCO SE. At the same time, you can draw on the expertise of the holding company and the other companies in the Group. We actively promote this dialogue within the Group.
